1. Story (Days 1–2): Read the text with no pictures

Lina, eight with blonde curly hair and yellow bows and blue overalls and yellow shirt and round glasses, and Umar, nine with brown hair and green shirt and green glasses, wake up to find a tall friendly Humanoid Robot standing in their living room workshop.

It stands on two legs like us, which is called Bipedal, and inside its knees are tiny strong motors called Servo Motor that help it walk without falling.

The robot is very good at one job — tidying toys — and AI that is good at one job is called Narrow AI.

But Lina asks, “What if you could do everything we can do?” That dream of an AI that can do everything is called General AI.

Umar shows it a drawing and says “Make a new story from this!” When AI creates new things, it is called Generative AI.

The robot reacts fast when a ball rolls to it — it sees and kicks — and AI that only reacts to what it sees now is called Reactive AI.

Then it remembers yesterday’s mess and cleans better today — AI that remembers recent past is Limited Memory AI.

Lina feels sad because her tower fell, and the robot notices her feeling — AI that understands feelings and thoughts is called Theory of Mind AI.

They play together, talking, helping, laughing — this teamwork between people and robots is called Human-Robot Interaction.
