1. Story — Text-Based (Day 1-2: Imagination Studio)
Read this with NO pictures first. Child becomes illustrator.
Leo and Pip were going to the library. “First time on the bus!” said Leo. He held his library book tight.
At the bus stop, a big sign glowed. “Look!” said Leo. “Bus 5 — 3 minutes!”
“How does the sign know?” asked Pip. “Let me check my GPS.”
Pip’s GPS turned on. “GPS is a sky map,” said Pip. “It tells me where things are. I see us — here at the bus stop. And I see the bus — three streets away.”
“Three streets!” said Leo. “That’s close.”
“Close, but not here yet,” said Pip. “Let me set a Timer. Timer counts the minutes.”
Pip’s Timer turned on. “Three minutes. Two. One…”
While they waited, Leo pointed at a tall pole. It had three lights — red, yellow, green.
“That’s a Traffic Light,” said Pip. “When it’s green, cars go. When it’s red, cars stop. Right now it’s red.”
“So the cars stop,” said Leo.
“And the bus can come,” said Pip.
Sure enough — the sign blinked. A big LED Display lit up in yellow letters. “Bus 5 — now!”
“LED Display tells us things,” said Pip. “Numbers. Words. It’s like a sign that can change.”
The bus came around the corner. Yellow. Shiny. Big.
The door opened with a swoosh. A Wheelchair Ramp slid out from the bottom of the bus, down to the ground.
“The Ramp comes out for anyone who needs it,” said Pip. “That’s how everybody can ride.”
A lady with a stroller went up the Ramp. Then an old man with a cane. Then Leo and Pip.
The driver smiled. “Tickets, please.”
“Where do we get one?” asked Leo.
The driver pointed at a little machine beside them. It had a shiny Touchscreen — a screen you can touch with your finger.
“Tap here,” said the driver.
Leo tapped the Touchscreen. Beep! A paper ticket popped out.
“Thank you!” said Leo.
They found a seat near the window. The bus started to move.
Ding!
“That’s the Bus Bell,” said Pip. “When someone wants to get off, they press the Bell. The driver hears it — always.”
“Can I press it when we get to the library?” asked Leo.
“Yes,” said Pip. “That’s exactly what it’s for.”
The bus rolled down the street. Houses went by. Trees went by. A bakery. A park. A fountain.
“How many stops left?” asked Leo.
Pip checked the GPS. “Three stops. Then — Library.”
At each stop, the door went swoosh. At each stop, the Ramp slid out. At each stop, someone got on or off.
Finally, the LED Display blinked again. “Next stop — Library.”
“Now!” said Leo.
He pressed the Bus Bell. Ding!
The bus stopped. The door went swoosh. The Ramp slid out.
Leo and Pip stepped down onto the pavement. In front of them stood the library — big and quiet and full of books.
“Thank you, bus,” said Leo.
“Thank you, Pip,” said Pip. “For the GPS. For the Timer. For coming with me.”
Leo laughed. “You’re welcome, Pip. Let’s find a book about buses.”
Even smart helpers love a bus ride — and a good friend.

3. What is the purpose of this Image 1?
Direct resemblance to Story 7 text — OUTSIDE. Shows a sunny bus stop with a glowing LED Display reading “Bus 5 — 3 minutes.” A yellow bus approaches in the background. Leo stands with his library book, Pip beside him. A Traffic Light is visible on the corner, showing red. Near the bus door, a Wheelchair Ramp slides out. Sunny street, daytime, outdoor life.
Use Day 3-4: Point and name Day 3-4: Where is the LED Display showing “Bus 5”? Where is the Traffic Light — what colour is it? Can you find the Wheelchair Ramp at the bus door? Where are Leo and Pip waiting? Child confirms imagination.
